Radiant has exclusively contracted with the Executive Security Agency to protect our properties and residents. With over 3 decades in the industry, Executive Security Agency takes a hands-on approach and utilizes highly trained and experienced staff consisting of former detectives, private detectives, retired police officers, armed and unarmed security officers and supervisors, as well as K-9 units when necessary. 

Providing efficient and effective security services, the agency delivers dependable service, relieving the worry of safety and security while promoting a peaceful quality of life to residents.

Michael Scott

DIRECTOR OF COMPLIANCE

Michael Scott is a highly experienced Director of Compliance at Radiant, having held the position for the past five years. With over 35 years of experience in affordable housing, Michael brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. He is certified in managing affordable multi-family and senior properties nationwide, making him a valuable asset to our company. 

Michael's specialization lies in the resolution of all HUD compliance matters, both during the active ownership/management phase and the acquisition phase. He is dedicated to ensuring that all properties in our portfolio are in compliance with HUD regulations

Michael earned a BS in Communications from Texas Christian University and received PHM designation from the National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials.

Klara Sussman

HUMAN RESOURCES

Klara Sussman is a highly accomplished professional with a decade of experience in the field of Human Resources. She brings an exceptional level of process efficiency and strategic thinking to the company, and her ability to streamline operations has greatly improved functionality within our organization.

Her exceptional interpersonal skills have helped us attract and retain top talent, while also fostering a culture of collaboration and teamwork.

Klara is a true asset to our organization, and her dedication to excellence and commitment to our mission have made her an invaluable member of our team.

Klara earned her BS degree with a concentration in Human Resources from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Rayshone Baskerville

SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER

Rayshone Baskerville is an accomplished Senior Property Manager with over 15 years of experience in various levels of private and public property management positions. Throughout her career, she has gained ample exposure to dealing with residents, as well as different agencies, vendors, senior managers, and outside entities, allowing her to develop exceptional communication and leadership skills.

Rayshone received her COS, MOR and EIVS certifications from the National Center for Housing Management. Her ability to work well and communicate effectively, both independently and in group and team sessions, is a testament to her success.

Yehudis Munk

Assistant Director of Accounting and Finance

Yehudis Munk is the Assistant Controller at Radiant, with nearly a decade of hands-on professional real estate experience. Her extensive knowledge and expertise in real estate make her an invaluable member of our team. As the Assistant Controller, Yehudis oversees accounting processes from start to finish, ensuring that everything is completed with a meticulous commitment and attention to detail. Her dedication to her work and her exceptional skills have helped us streamline our accounting processes and improve our overall efficiency.Yehudis graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University after earning her MS in Accounting.

Shmuel Rosner

Director of Accounting and Finance

Shmuel Rosner is the Company Controller at Radiant, where he leads our accounting team and oversees all accounting functions for our properties. With his extensive expertise and experience, Shmuel has been an integral part of our team since he joined us in 2011. He is an extremely hard worker and a team player, consistently demonstrating his commitment to ensuring the success of our company.

Shmuel is a pleasure to work with, always willing to lend his expertise and support to his colleagues. As the head of our accounting team, he is responsible for ensuring that all financial reporting is accurate and up-to-date. Shmuel holds an accounting degree from Yeshiva University.

Pinchus Rosenberg

REGIONAL MANAGER

Pinchus Rosenberg is a valuable asset to Radiant’s team. He is a quick learner and a hard worker, committed to achieving excellence in his work.

Pinchus has a proven track record in managing affordable real estate properties and has demonstrated his ability to streamline operations.

Elliot Singer

REGIONAL MANAGER

Elliot Singer is a Regional Manager at Radiant, with close to two decades of real estate experience in managing commercial and residential properties. 

Prior to joining Radiant, Elliot was a property and asset manager for a large NYC operator where he managed a portfolio of multifamily properties across New York City. 

Elliot holds a B.S. in Business Management from Touro College and is recognized for his leadership skills and industry knowledge. He is a hands on regional and is well respected by his colleagues and tenancy.

Magdiel Rodriguez

REGIONAL MANAGER

Magdiel Rodriguez joined Radiant Property Management in December 2021 as a Senior Property Manager. He was promoted to Regional Manager in October 2022 after quickly stabilizing and achieving success at a challenging community in Atlanta Georgia. As a regional manager, he oversees communities in Georgia and Ohio. 

Magdiel has 22 years of property management experience in the multifamily industry, including direct oversight of lease-ups, acquisitions, renovations and repositioning. He is a licensed certified apartment manager in the states of Georgia and Florida through the National Apartment Association and received his COS, MOR, EIVS certifications from the National Center for Housing Management.

Jonathan Unger

DIRECTOR OF CAPITAL MARKETS

Jonathan Unger is the Director of Capital Markets at Radiant, where he oversees all aspects of banking relationships and financial reporting. With his expertise in finance and previous experience as a mortgage underwriter at Eastern Union and as an analyst at Skybrook Capital, Jonathan brings a wealth of knowledge and skill to our team. He has been instrumental in bringing in and maintaining critical banking relationships that have been vital to the success of our company. Jonathan is an engaging team player and effective communicator.

Jonathan holds a degree in finance from Touro University.

Gary Woldiger

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Gary Woldiger serves as Director of Operations at Radiant. Under Gary’s leadership, Radiant has grown from 2,000 units under management to over 4,500. Gary’s responsibilities include all property financials review, maintaining occupancy, MOR and REAC prep as well as overseeing all construction projects. 

In Gary’s previous role at a boutique real estate advisory firm, he helped with the development, planning and management of multifamily, healthcare and retail facilities in the tri-state area. Gary’s engaging personality helps all under his leadership succeed.

Gary holds a master’s degree in Talmudic Studies as well as COS, MORS, and EIVS certifications from the National Center for Housing Management.

Alexander Berger

DIRECTOR OF ACQUISITIONS

In 2016, Alexander Berger joined Radiant, bringing with him expertise in the affordable housing niche. With a primary focus on multi-family apartment buildings, Alex has experience in underwriting and real estate financing. Before joining Radiant, Alex was employed at a commercial investment brokerage, where he advised clients on buying and selling $500 million worth of commercial property.

Alex earned his MBA from Seton Hall University's prestigious Stillman School of Business. Beyond his impressive credentials, Alex's engaging personality and team player attitude make him a valuable asset to Radiant Property Management. He has contributed significantly to the company's success by building and maintaining industry relationships.
