With over 3 decades in the industry, Executive Security Agency takes a hands-on approach and utilizes highly trained and experienced staff consisting of former detectives, private detectives, retired police officers, armed and unarmed security officers and supervisors, as well as K-9 units when necessary.

Michael Scott is a highly experienced Director of Compliance at Radiant, having held the position for the past five years. Magdiel Rodriguez joined Radiant Property Management in December 2021 as a Senior Property Manager. He was promoted to Regional Manager in October 2022 after quickly stabilizing and achieving success at a challenging community in Atlanta Georgia. As a regional manager, he oversees communities in Georgia and Ohio.
Magdiel has 22 years of property management experience in the multifamily industry, including direct oversight of lease-ups, acquisitions, renovations and repositioning. He is a licensed certified apartment manager in the states of Georgia and Florida through the National Apartment Association and received his COS, MOR, EIVS certifications from the National Center for Housing Management.

Gary Woldiger serves as Director of Operations at Radiant. Under Gary’s leadership, Radiant has grown from 2,000 units under management to over 4,500. Gary’s responsibilities include all property financials review, maintaining occupancy, MOR and REAC prep as well as overseeing all construction projects.
In Gary’s previous role at a boutique real estate advisory firm, he helped with the development, planning and management of multifamily, healthcare and retail facilities in the tri-state area. Gary’s engaging personality helps all under his leadership succeed.

In 2016, Alexander Berger joined Radiant, bringing with him expertise in the affordable housing niche. With a primary focus on multi-family apartment buildings, Alex has experience in underwriting and real estate financing. Before joining Radiant, Alex was employed at a commercial investment brokerage, where he advised clients on buying and selling $500 million worth of commercial property.
Alex earned his MBA from Seton Hall University's prestigious Stillman School of Business. For over 25 years, David Berger has been an accomplished figure in the real estate industry. Prior to his tenure with Radiant, he served as Managing Partner of Rosewood Realty, a Manhattan-based brokerage and advisory firm. With a primary focus on multi-family properties, David has a unique understanding of value-add strategies for rehabilitating and upgrading low-income properties, particularly in the Tri-State area.
In addition to his numerous investments in multi-family and development properties, David has successfully advised and brokered clients on more than two billion dollars in real estate transactions. His exceptional business acumen and leadership skills have played a pivotal role in the growth and success of Radiant Property Management. His contributions have helped the company become a major player in the industry and have allowed for its continued expansion and prosperity.
Michael Wieder founded Radiant Property Management in 2007, following an exclusive joint-venture agreement with Apollo Real Estate Advisors for acquiring workforce housing properties. Prior to this, Michael had worked as an investment sales associate at Brown Harris Stevens, Commercial Services, and as the Director of Acquisitions for RAK Group.
Michael holds a BS in Business Management from Johns Hopkins University, a JD from Benjamin N Cardozo School of Law, and an MS in Construction Management from New York University. His leadership has been instrumental in the growth and success of Radiant Property Management, and he is committed to managing affordable housing responsibly to ensure that low-income tenants can live comfortably.
